Who we are

  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Postcode
  • Free-text message describing your project

We do not collect special-category data (e.g. health, ethnicity) or data relating to children.

How we use your data

Prepare a proposal and, where you proceed, design and deliver your project Steps prior to and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) UK GDPR)

Third-party sharing

We do not sell or trade your personal data. We use trusted service providers — for website hosting, email delivery and analytics — who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. Where a project requires specialist sub-contractors (for example a roofing contractor working under our direction), we share only what is necessary to carry out the work you have engaged us for. We do not share data with advertising networks or social-media platforms.

Data retention

  • Enquiry records: retained for 12 months after last contact, then securely deleted.
  • Project and contract records: retained for the period required by law (including for tax and warranty purposes), then deleted.
  • Anonymised analytics data: retained indefinitely in aggregate form.

Cookies & analytics

Our site uses only essential cookies and Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled. No advertising or tracking cookies are set. You can disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings; the enquiry form will still function.
