1. Who we are and what this site does

Solar Creative ("we", "us", "our") operates solarcreative.co.uk. We are a design-led solar studio specialising in building-integrated photovoltaics, solar roof tiles and in-roof systems. This website provides information about our work and a way to enquire about a project. The content is general information, not a formal design proposal, quotation or advice for a specific building.

2. Acceptable use

You may use this site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the site without our prior written consent;
• submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form;
• use the site to compete with us or to build a competing database;

3. Enquiries, consultations and proposals

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Any design consultation, feasibility view or indicative guidance we provide is preliminary. A binding agreement arises only once we have issued a written proposal or contract for a specific project and you have accepted it in writing. Illustrative descriptions of appearance, performance and integration on this site are general and will always be confirmed for your building through survey and detailed design.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• we exclude all implied warranties and conditions in respect of this website's content;
• we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or pure economic loss arising from reliance on general information published here;
• nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law; and
• the terms governing any project we undertake are set out in the separate written proposal or contract for that project, which takes precedence over these website terms.

All content, design, text, graphics, logos, and software on solarcreative.co.uk (excluding third-party marks used with permission) are owned by or licensed to Solar Creative and protected by UK and international IP laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
